How to request deletion

  1. Send us a WhatsApp message from your registered mobile number: Request deletion on WhatsApp, or call +91 94510 71503.
  2. We confirm the request with you on that number.
  3. Your account is deleted within 7 days, and we let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and mobile number login
  • Your name and saved delivery addresses
  • Your order history
  • Notification tokens for your devices

Nothing linked to your account is kept after deletion.
